01Web Development

Websites engineered to perform. Designed to convert.

Fast, custom websites that explain what you do, earn trust in seconds, and turn visitors into qualified enquiries.

Overview

What this service does for your business.

Your website is often the first serious conversation a prospect has with your business. If it loads slowly, hides the important information, or looks like every other template, that conversation ends before it starts.

We design and build websites around a single question: what does this site need to achieve for the business? From there we shape the structure, write the interface around your customers' decisions, and build on a stack your team can actually maintain — whether that is a custom Next.js build, a well-engineered WordPress site, or a Shopify storefront.

01

Clarity that converts

Information architecture and copy structure built around how your customers decide — so the right visitors find the right next step.

02

Speed as a feature

Performance budgets, optimized media, and lean code, so pages feel instant on real phones and real networks — not just on our laptops.

03

A site your team can run

A content management setup matched to who edits the site, with documentation and a handover session so you are never locked out of your own website.

Deliverables

What's included.

Every engagement is scoped to your needs. These are the building blocks we combine for this service.
  • Custom business websites

Bespoke design and development for service businesses, consultancies, and startups that need to look established and explain complex offers simply.

  • WordPress development

Custom themes and blocks built for editors — clean, secure, and fast, without the bloat of stacking page builders and dozens of plugins.

  • Landing pages

Focused campaign and product pages with one clear objective, fast load times, and tracking wired in from day one.

  • Redesigns & migrations

Rebuilds that protect what already works: URL mapping, redirects, metadata preservation, and post-launch monitoring to reduce SEO risk.

  • Performance optimization

Core Web Vitals audits and fixes — image pipelines, script discipline, caching, and rendering strategy — for existing sites that feel sluggish.

  • Maintenance & support

Updates, backups, uptime checks, security patches, and small improvements on an agreed monthly scope, so the site keeps getting better after launch.

How we work

Our web process.

  1. 01

    Discovery & structure

We clarify goals, audiences, and must-have functionality, then produce a sitemap and content plan before any visual design begins.

  2. 02

    Wireframes & design

Low-fidelity layouts validate structure; high-fidelity design establishes the visual system, responsive behaviour, and key interactions.

  3. 03

    Development & QA

We build with accessibility and performance budgets in mind, then test across browsers, devices, forms, and edge cases.

  4. 04

    Launch & handover

Deployment, redirects, analytics verification, and a recorded walkthrough of your CMS — plus optional ongoing support.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Do you build with WordPress or custom code?
Both. We recommend a platform after understanding who will edit the content, which integrations you need, and how the site is expected to grow. WordPress suits content-heavy sites with non-technical editors; a custom Next.js build suits performance-critical sites and complex interfaces; Shopify suits most online stores.
How long does a website project take?
It depends on scope, content readiness, and integrations. We confirm a timeline in writing after discovery. A focused landing page is usually measured in weeks rather than months; a multi-page business site takes longer, mainly depending on how quickly content and feedback come together.
Will I be able to update the website myself?
Yes. Every site we build includes a content management setup appropriate to your team, written documentation, and a handover walkthrough. You can request ongoing support, but you are never dependent on us for routine edits.
Can you redesign our site without losing search rankings?
We reduce that risk with a full URL inventory, redirect mapping, preserved metadata, structured data, and post-launch monitoring in Google Search Console. No one can guarantee rankings through a redesign, but a careful migration avoids the most common causes of traffic loss.
Do you offer white-label development for agencies?
Yes. We work behind your brand, follow your processes and communication preferences, and can sign an NDA before reviewing project details.
Who owns the website when it is finished?
You do. Ownership of the code, design, and content transfers to you as set out in our project agreement, normally upon final payment. We hand over all repository, hosting, and CMS access.
