01Overview
Atlas explores how a service business could use AI to respond to website visitors and support requests at any hour, without risking inaccurate answers or losing the human touch on important conversations.
02The challenge
Prospects and customers ask the same questions repeatedly, often outside business hours. Slow replies cost opportunities, but a poorly built chatbot that invents answers would damage trust far more than a delay.
03Proposed solution
The assistant answers only from approved content using retrieval, asks a short set of qualification questions, and writes structured summaries into the CRM. When confidence is low, the request is sensitive, or the visitor asks for a person, it hands off with full context.
04Approach
Grounded answers
Retrieval over approved help content and policies, with the assistant instructed to defer when information is missing.
Qualification flow
A few natural questions mapped to your criteria, producing a structured lead record.
Human handoff
Clear escalation rules and conversation summaries for the person taking over.
Evaluation & monitoring
Test question sets before launch and ongoing review of answer quality and cost.
05Results
As a concept project, there are no client results to report. If this were a live engagement, these are the measures we would agree on up front and report against:
- Share of questions answered without escalation
- Accuracy on a reviewed evaluation set
- Time to first response for new enquiries
- Qualified leads created in the CRM
